Anand Ramakrishnan (Managing Director)
- A Mechanical Engineer and result-oriented leader with 26 years of qualitative experience in Direct/Channel Sales, Capital Equipment/Project Sales & Business Development in National & International domain.
- In 2018, started Leistung Solutions. Prior to this, served as Managing Director at Veejay Facility Management Pvt Ltd to strengthen the business and support the overseas subsidiary from 2016 to 2019.
- Managing Director of LBH Expansion Joints India, a subsidiary of LBH International A/S Denmark from 2014 to 2017, to rebuild and improve the business (P&L) in the territorial domain of Indian Subcontinent, South Asia & Middle East.
- National Manager at Tyco India from 2008 to 2014 and was part of Business Development of Critical Infrastructure Segment viz airport, Sea Ports, Metros, power plants, Oil & Gas, steel etc and developed key accounts like Cethar, L&T Shipyard, Cairn Energy and have managed team to turn around the sales business in the region.

- Aluminous of National Fire Service College Ministry of Home affairs Government of India, Joined Goa fire & Emergency services in 1986 and was the director of fire and emergency services from Aug 2010 and superannuated from Government service On October 2021. Having 35 years of experience in Fire Prevention, Fire Extinction, Training, Disaster Management & Response. A graduate in Arts & Holding a post-graduation in disaster management. Is an associate member of Institution of fire Engineers (India) and a graduate member of Institution of Fire Engineers UK & India. Has undergone incident command for South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries held at Colombo Sri Lanka. Has undergone training of Instructions (TRI) course from Asian Disaster preparedness Centre Thailand in Nagpur India. Was the guest faculty member of National Fire Services College Nagpur and ex officio member of Standing Fire advisory Council (SFAC) Ministry of Home affairs New Delhi India.
- Was The recipient of President Fire service medal for meritorious service Government of India, presented in 2014, recipient of Chief Minister Gallantry medal, Goa
- State in August 2014. Recipient of appreciation letter & DG Silver disc from Director General, national Disaster response force (NDRF) ministry of home affairs New Delhi Lead the search and rescue team in January 2001 in earthquake affected area of Bhuj, Gujarat and was awarded commendatory note for extreme devotion in duty. Recipient of gold medal National Fire service college Ministry of Home affairs Government of India in 1998.
- Active in social and charitable activities of rotary international since 1988. He was the Charter Secretary & was the President of Rotary Club Panaji Mid town for the rotary year 2009-2010. He was the recipient of rotary international avenues of service Citation for individual Rotarian in 2014. He was holding the post of District Committee Coordinator for Member Ship development (Goa) (22-23). He is the Assistant Governor, Goa (23-24) Rotary District 3170.
- He is an active member of Fire Security Association of India (FSAI) since 2016. He is the advisor for Goa Chapter and Chair ofOperations & ethics FSAI (For the Term 24-26). He is a Fire and Life Safety Consultant for Industries and other Occupancies

Her career began in core banking, where she developed a sharp acumen for financial analysis and business advisory. - She is a Mass Media graduate with a flair for storytelling, reporting, copy editing, and design. Known for her sharp editorial eye, strong leadership skills, and creative approach, she is passionate about politics, film, and uncovering stories that resonate with audiences. Akash Chandrakant Desai ( Manager Design) CFPS 15 yrs Experience
- Mechanical Engineer with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Piping Engineering. He is also a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) accredited by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), with in-depth knowledge of NFPA codes and standards including NFPA 101,13, 14, 20, 30, 58, 72, 2001 and others relevant to system design and compliance.
- He has extensive hands-on experience in the design, engineering, and execution of fire protection systems for a wide range of occupancies. His core expertise includes the development of hydraulic calculations, system layouts, and equipment selection for automatic sprinkler systems, standpipe systems, gas-based suppression systems, and fire alarm and detection systems.
- His project portfolio spans multi-story high-rise residential and commercial complexes, industrial facilities with high-hazard classifications, large warehousing and logistics centers, power generation plants, and LPG bottling and storage terminals.
